William H. Craig Race for Life!

Dr. Campbell, his family and staff would like to invite you to join us again for the William H. Craig Race for Life! Dr. Bill Craig was our business partner and dear friend who lost his long battle with cancer in 2007. It is great love that we gather together each year for this special event which helps us to raise money for the local YMCA and its camps, while remembering and honoring the memory of our dear friend.

This year's race will be held on Saturday, December 10th, 2010 at Greenfield Lake. Please plan to join us for this special 5 and 15K event! We appreicate your past support and look forward to seeing you all there to run the Race for Life!

The Gift of a Smile!

The Smile for a Lifetime Board and Campbell Orthodontics would like to congratulate Katelyn West, our first Smile for a Lifetime orthodontic scholarship recipient! Applications are currently being accepted and are available at www.campbellsmiles.com or www.s4l.org. The Board of Directors and Dr. Campbell plan to continue offering orthodontic scholarships to 7 more children in need in our community before the end of the year!

The current Board of Directors are Pastor Richie Marshall (President), Richard Satterlie (Vice President), Chuck Earney, CPA (Treasurer), Holly Campbell (Secretary), Kathey Craig, Kimberly Edwards, MD, Cynthia Bennett, RDH, Cameron Edwards, Buck Beam and Bob Plage, DDS.

Invisalign Teen...The Clear Alternative to Braces!

We are very excited to now offer Invisalign Teen to our patients! Invisalign Teen is unique to our "teen" patients and we want to mention some of the things that we LOVE about it:
  • Each aligner contains a compliance indicator designed to fade from blue to clear as a gauge of the approximate wear time.
  • Each aligner contains a Power Ridge feature to help maintain the torque of the anterior teeth during treatment.
  • Invisalign Teen provides up to six individual replacement aligners in case aligners are lost at no additional charge. Parents love this!

We are excited about this new treatment option! For more information, visit our website (www.campbellsmiles.com) and click on the Invisalign Teen heading under the TREATMENT tab.

We Love Field Trips!

February is National Children's Dental Health Month and we are excited to welcome students back to our office for our Dental Health Field Trips! During these classroom visits we have the exciting opportunity of instructing students on the importance of good oral hygiene, while teaching them a little bit about the specialty of orthodontics. We always look forward to these special visits with elementary school students and their teachers. These trips always leave us smiling!
